How does Center Point Web Design keep my personal information secure?

All personal data is stored on secure servers with latest security features. Due to the nature of the business most of the data is digital but at times we will keep the physical print out of data such as invoices, customer orders etc. These may be printed due to tax and legal requirements and will be held in a secure locked cabinet with limited access in our offices. Where we share data with third parties, we ensure that your data will be kept secure and will not be provided or sold to another party.

International data transfers

In unlikely event that we require third party services of companies that operate outside of United Kingdom your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident.  These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective).
